Ask yourself how much
of your stress is self created? This is hard to swallow sometimes but
most of us do this on occasion. We overload our schedules, we misjudge
time and energy estimates, we have no room for the inevitable crisis
that occur, and we often fail to take care of ourselves in the process
of it all. If you have created chaos in your own life, do yourself a
favor and take a break today, if even for an hour. Do something
recharging for yourself. It will help you continue to function and deal
with the stress at hand when you're through.
