One of the best stress
relievers is physical exercise. Try and get some everyday. You don't
have to go to a gym to do this. You can walk or dance around inside your
house or apartment. Don't wait for the motivation to exercise. You'll
still be waiting months or even years into the future. Just get up and
move and the motivation will follow as soon as your endorphins kick in
and your brain and body are feeling the increased energy. Try it even
for ten minutes. Then at the end of that time do another ten or just
stop. Any exercise is better than none. Have fun!
